VigiLife and greenTEG Teaming Up to Provide Advanced Core Body Temperature Monitoring for SafeGuard

One of the major challenges faced by workers is heat-related stress, as it can impact vigilance, concentration, decision making, and the execution of physical skills. That's why VigiLife is partnering with Swiss company greenTEG to integrate their CORE sensing platform (based on the CALERA® solution) into our SafeGuard® application.

Governments around the world are increasingly setting heat safety policies to provide protection for workers. Several states—including California, Minnesota, and Washingtonhave enacted their own specific laws on the matter. Meanwhile, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) continues to initiate measures on a federal level to protect workers in hot environments and to reduce the danger of ambient heat exposure.
